There were so many it's taken our lovely design team a little while to go through them all. If you head over to that site you can order prints in different sizes and in different finishes etc. There are some lovely photos of y'all!!

One more thing -

The Pussycat Dolls concert is on the 25th July. We are doing a coach trip from Studio at 2pm, coming back after the concert for just £30. Which is a £5.75 saving on buying the ticket yourself. Plus you get the coach and get to have a drink etc. Oh, and you get in free to Girls And boYs afterwards when we get back.

We're beginning to shift a few more tickets now, so please don't leave it too much longer if you are planning on going as we only have one coach.

It’s with tremendous sadness I have to let you all know our wonderful door host Toni is no longer working at Girls And boYs/Studio 41. Toni has been giving out the hugs when you arrive at the club for as long as I can remember and I know how much the whole team are going to miss him!

There have been some unofficial e-mails circulating saying we’re closing/ moving the night to another club/ changing the night so it’s no longer gay. These e-mails are COMPLETELY UNTRUE. Girls And boYs is still and will continue to be a gay night exclusively at Studio 41 every Saturday. Any official announcements about the night are made through this group or on the official website and no where else. If you’ve got a question about the club or if you’ve heard something and you’re not sure if it’s true, e-mail me direct on stephen@girlsandboys.co.uk - I’ll always get back to you.

Standing on the door and making people feel welcome is no easy task. We’ve got a vacancy and it needs filling! I rang the Toni Hotline to get a replacement but there has been a massive mix-up. Instead of sending us another Toni... they’re sending us a TONY. With a Y!! aka BIG TONY aka SIMON COWELLS PERSONAL BODYGUARD!

He has dragged many an X Factor/Britains Got Talent wannabe off-set kicking and screaming, and for one night only, will be... welcoming you to Girls And boYs?!!?! Come on Saturday to see if he’s really a pussycat, or maybe you want the inside scoop on what Simon Cowell is really like? Personally, I just want a photo with him. This guy is huge!! Take a look!!

This Saturday 4th July we are celebrating American Independence Day by having our own American Adventure. Complete with a surf simulator, a mini American diner and American Candy!

This Saturday at Studio 41 is the Hollywood Photo Shoot night - and it's shaping up to be fantastic, let me explain....

- you can get done up and fussed over model style and have your photo taken... you can then order prints from our website and even have them touched up if you like! The best pictures will be used on the Girls And boYs flyers (all our models are people who go to the club!)
- all the photography is being done by the very professional img digital photography company
- the make up done by Benefit make up artists
- your hair looking fab by Chair Hairdressing in Canterbury

You'll even be able to get cheap photo sessions and other offers from Benefit and The Chair on the night... so this is not to be missed!

If you want to dress up as your fave theme (for the photos so we can use them on our flyers) please do it - it'll look great! e.g. school uniform, neon, foam, beach, fireman, policeman, nurse, doctor, whatever. Otherwise, just come as your sexy self.

I don't really get why some people have a problem with same sex partnerships. It's not like it affects them, right? I wouldn't stop someone else living their life the way they wanted to. It's strange to think that laws get passed in America banning gay weddings! For fucks sake, it's 2009! I know there are a whole tonne of issues that different people have on this topic, and i'm not trying to tackle them here; My point is how foreign a law like that, or having those views on national television would be in the UK. Sure she was on the spot, on live TV, but... REALLY?!?!

If you weren't at Girls And boYs last weekend, let me explain... It was iPod vs Gunge Tank night. Two people go head to head - one gets an ipod, the other gets gunged. Pretty simple, right? What we didn't say was we also had a huge dunk tank dropping people into a huge pool of water also. All in all, I don't think I've ever seen people get THIS messy in a club before. i thought you were going to be a shy and reserving lot, but of course I was wrong. You were lining up to get in the gunge tank like it was going outta fashion. The gunge tank is actually the ACTUAL GUNGE TANK from Noels House Party and the guys go all over the UK with it. At the end of the night, the guy running it says to me "fucking hell, you lot are fucking wild! we've never had people quing up to get in the tank before". So in other words - if you were there - you did Canterbury proud. Well done! I thought the guys from Gunjee did an amazing job and I'm sure we can expect to see them at the club soon.
